Lithium titanate is an anode electrode material that is not widely used at present, but it has advantages that graphite anode electrodes do not have. Firstly, its low- temperature effect is better than that of graphite anode electrode materials, and secondly, its charge and discharge rate is high. However, the capacity density and electrical conductivity are poor. However, there are still some enterprises engaged in the production of lithium titanate in the new energy market. Today we will introduce the design scheme of the hearth kiln in the lithium battery anode electrode lithium titanate industry.
This design scheme chooses an air-type roller hearth kiln with a daily output of 1100 kgs. The usual sintering temperature of lithium titanate is about 900 ℃, so the design temperature of the roller hearth kiln is 1000 ℃. Its furnace size is 28080L1*500W*150H (mm). The size of the saggar is 330*330*100, and the stacking form is four rows and one layer. The design temperature curve is heating up for 3.5 hours, keeping warm for 10 hours, and cooling for 5 hours. The common operating speed is 1510mm per hour.
Roller hearth kiln temperature curve
In the selection of furnace chamber materials, the refractory part is built with mullite poly light bricks, and the insulation material is ceramic fiberboard. It has a good heat preservation effect, so the design power of the roller hearth kiln in the scheme is about 350kw, and the heat preservation power is about 170kw. In order to ensure better temperature uniformity, the upper and lower heating methods are adopted, and the temperature control method also adopts upper and lower separate control.
