    The carbonization temperature of the silicon-carbon anode electrode is about 800 degrees. Under the process temperature, the pilot line can choose an atmosphere-protected pusher kiln or a roller hearth kiln. In the case of capacity requirements, the designed capacity of the roller hearth kiln due to its structural principle will be greater than that of the pusher kiln. Therefore, an atmosphere roller hearth kiln was selected in this pilot line plan for future industrialization preparations.

    The design temperature is 1050 degrees, the work temperature is 1000 degrees, and the atmosphere in the furnace is nitrogen. The design furnace size is 10 meters in length, 820mm in effective width and 100mm in effective height. The designed sagger size is 320×320×85mm. The arrangement of the saggers is designed in 2 rows and 1 layer. The overall design process time is 5 hours for heating, 2 hours for holding, and 6.8 hours for cooling. The designed annual production capacity is 75 tons. The roller is made of alumina, and the furnace is made of alumina hollow balls, which is durable.
