The ammonia decomposition device is used to produce a hydrogen-nitrogen mixed protective gas. Under this protective atmosphere, the surface of the workpiece can be purified during brazing and the workpiece will not be oxidized at high temperatures. The protective atmosphere is also suitable for other occasions that require hydrogen for heat treatment, such as annealing of stainless steel and sintering of powder metallurgy parts. It adopts a heat-resistant stainless steel furnace and alloy electric heating wire imported from Sweden, which has the characteristics of good high-temperature strength, long life and no damage. Due to the use of furnace lining materials with high thermal insulation properties, the temperature in the furnace is uniform and the heat consumption is small. In order to ensure the safe operation of the ammonia decomposition device, the device is equipped with alarm protection devices such as water pressure underpressure, ammonia underpressure, and decomposition gas overpressure.
