Under normal circumstances, the heat dissipation methods of mobile phones are thermal conductive gel, graphite sheets, graphene, vapor chambers, heat pipes, etc. Huawei is the first to adopt the graphene heat dissipation method in China. It has the characteristics of good mechanical properties, high thermal conductivity, lightweight, thin material, and good flexibility. Now more and more new mobile phones are equipped with graphene heat dissipation film.
The graphene heat dissipation film of mobile phones needs to go through the carbonization step. The multi-layer graphene heat dissipation film is fixed with graphite clamps and then enters a continuous nitrogen-protected push plate kiln to undergo high-temperature carbonization at about 1000℃.
