The Shuttle Kiln is a batch-type firing kiln that fires products on a kiln car that is shut inside the kiln. Control of the kiln temperature and atmosphere is automated, and the optimal firing conditions can be set.The shuttle kiln is a kiln fired intermittently, similar in structure to a matchbox. The kiln car is pushed into the kiln for firing. After firing, it is pulled out in the opposite direction to unload the fired ceramics. The kiln car is like a shuttle, so it is called a shuttle kiln.

1. Intermittent production, suitable for multi-variety and small-batch production.
2.The light-weight thin-walled kiln wall structure is adopted, and the inner lining is made of high-temperature light-weight materials.
3. Loading and unloading is carried out outside the kiln.

High-speed isothermal burners are adopted, arranged at different heights, and high-speed airflow is ejected to make the airflow in the kiln rotate strongly, and the convective heat transfer effect is greatly improved. The temperature difference of each point in the kiln can be controlled within 5 ℃ during the high-temperature stage. In the low temperature stage, the temperature-adjusting air is used to increase the amount of flue gas, and the temperature of the flue gas sprayed into the kiln is adjusted, and the temperature difference in the kiln is between 5 °C and 10 °C. The heating and cooling speed is fast,and the firing cycle is short.
5. Appropriate inspection and control instruments can be configured, and PLC control is adopted to realize fully automatic operation.
