As the key material of supercapacitors, the preparation of activated carbon is usually divided into two steps. The first is the activation of activated carbon, and the second is high-temperature carbonization. The activation of activated carbon needs to be carried out in a nitrogen-protected environment. The required temperature is about 900°C. Activated carbon will produce a large amount of alkaline corrosive gas during the activation process. Therefore, in the selection of heating elements, we use electric heating wire jackets. Corundum sleeve for protection.
