High Temperature Powder Metallurgy 3D Printing Vacuum Furnace
This equipment combines vacuum/atmosphere and high-temperature sintering together. It is a high vacuum annealing furnace specially developed by our company for the 3D metal printing industry (SLSSLM). It is mainly used in vacuum annealing process of 3D additive metal materials such as stainless steel, mold steel, aluminum alloy, etc.
1: After annealing, the product is free of any oxidation and brighter, which can save the subsequent tedious processes such as sandblasting and chemical cleaning; it is more environmentally friendly and cost-saving;
2: The equipment uses metal furnace tubes, which are resistant to collision and will not be damaged; the heater has a higher temperature and a longer life, so that customers do not have to worry about later maintenance; it saves customers a lot of furnace tube replacement costs, heater replacement costs, labor costs, etc. every year;
3: Maximum energy consumption per furnace: about 8-10 kWh
