This box-type atmosphere furnace uses silicon carbide rods as heating elements, and uses Yudian intelligent temperature control module combined with touch screen control.The furnace is built with alumina hollow spherical bricks, which has good resistance to rapid cooling and heat, and good corrosion resistance. The heating rods are arranged on the upper and lower sides of the furnace. The sealing connection between the furnace shell and the furnace door adopts a silicon rubber sealing structure, and a water cooling chamber is provided to cool the furnace mouth.
The electric furnace is suitable for inert atmosphere conditions, and is designed with a professional multi-channel uniform air intake system to achieve effective and uniform gas access to all angles in the furnace. An exhaust system is installed on the top of the furnace, and the exhaust gas is discharged from the top chimney, and the high temperature valve controls the exhaust volume.
