This furnace uses silicon carbide rods as heating elements, and uses an intelligent temperature control module combined with a touch screen for centralized control. The furnace is made of alumina hollow balls, which have good resistance to rapid cooling and rapid heating, and good corrosion resistance. The sealing connection between the furnace shell and the furnace door adopts a silicon rubber sealing structure, and a water cooling chamber is provided to cool the furnace mouth. The furnace is built with alumina hollow spherical bricks, and silicon carbide rods are arranged above and below the furnace. The atmosphere used in the electric furnace is nitrogen, and a professional multi-channel uniform air intake system is designed to achieve the gas to reach all angles in the furnace effectively and uniformly. A one-way exhaust system is installed on the top of the furnace, the exhaust gas is discharged from the top chimney, and the high temperature valve controls the exhaust volume. There is also an exhaust valve and a drain valve at the bottom of the furnace for washing and drying the furnace. The control system is integrated with the furnace shell, which is located at the lower part of the furnace body for easy operation. This type of furnace is an ideal equipment for heat treatment of products under atmosphere protection.
