High-Temperature Industrial Drying Oven
High-temperature industrial drying ovens are engineered to remove moisture, solvents, or volatile components from materials under elevated and tightly controlled thermal conditions (typically 200 °C to 600 °C, and higher in special designs). Their applications are concentrated in processes where conventional low-temperature drying is insufficient or inefficient.

Inner chamber material: Stainless steel or cold-rolled steel plate
Outer wall material: Cold-rolled steel plate or stainless steel plate, painted surface
Frame: Channel steel and angle steel integral frame
Insulation material: High-temperature resistant aluminum silicate cotton

Rails: Channel steel rails or I-beam rails with external guide rails
Heating tube material: Far-infrared stainless steel electric heating tube (SHEATHED HEATER), with a continuous service life of 70,000-80,000 hours
Heating tube distribution: Evenly distributed in the air ducts on both sides, top air duct, or bottom air duct of the chamber, depending on the chamber size.
Air supply method: Double-duct horizontal air supply or double-duct forced circulation air supply
Blower motor: High-temperature resistant long-shaft motor and multi-blade impeller
