It is a high vacuum annealing furnace specially developed by our company for the 3D metal printing industry (SLSSLM). It is mainly used in the annealing process of 3D additive metal materials in the aerospace field such as titanium alloys and special stainless steel.The ultra-high vacuum degree and clean furnace environment of this equipment can effectively eliminate the stress in metal printing during the heat treatment process, making the material performance better, and ensure that the product has no pollution. Reasonable structure and control system design can make production safer and more efficient, save manpower and process costs, and improve production efficiency.
