HTCC MLCC Aluminum Nitride Substrate Debinding Sintering Furnace
This series is a lifting vacuum atmosphere furnace (binder removal and sintering integrated furnace) specially developed for HTCC/ceramic metallization and other industries; it adopts a newly designed double-layer air-cooled sealed shell; the heat preservation adopts a hollow ball brick furnace made of imported high-purity alumina material, which has higher thermal efficiency and strength; the heating adopts domestic high-quality molybdenum-lanthanum alloy wire; the reasonable temperature field structure design effectively ensures the good temperature uniformity of the furnace; the PID temperature control is adopted to make the furnace temperature control accuracy reach ±1℃; the equipment is safe and reliable, simple to operate, high-temperature control accuracy, good heat preservation effect, large temperature range, high furnace temperature uniformity, and uniform atmosphere.
