Bogie-Type Annealing Furnace
The bogie-type annealing furnace (referred to as bogie furnace) is a national standard energy-saving periodic operation furnace, mainly used for heating in heat treatment workshops in steel mills, special steel plants, machinery processing, chemical machinery, heavy industry, metallurgical smelting, casting, forging, flange rings, steel structures, wire drawing, environmental protection equipment, machinery supporting enterprises, loaders, diesel engines, military industry, and other industries.
Bogie-type annealing furnaces are divided into high-temperature, medium-temperature, and low-temperature types. High-temperature furnaces have a maximum operating temperature within 1200℃, generally for special materials; medium-temperature annealing is within 950℃, and this type of material is most commonly annealed; low-temperature annealing furnaces are within 700℃, mainly for stress relief annealing of steel structures, pressure vessels, etc.; the key is to select the appropriate type based on the characteristics of the product material. Furnace size and load capacity can be customized according to customer requirements.
Control uses contactors, thyristors, solid-state relays, modules, electronic digital display, intelligent digital display, computer, PID, PLC, remote control, centralized control, and programmed control. Recording can be done using circular chart recorders, multi-point paper recorders, or LCD paperless recorders.
The bogie-type annealing furnace has a box-shaped rectangular structure, but can also be made into a square shape. It can be designed with a movable bogie or a movable furnace body. The bogie and furnace door are electrically controlled; the furnace body is constructed from modules made of all-fiber aluminum silicate spun blanket; the furnace bottom is constructed with lightweight insulating bricks and heavy-duty refractory bricks; the heating elements use resistance wires and resistance bands; the furnace shell is made of steel plates and structural steel; the furnace door and bogie use mechanical transmission; the specific configuration is designed and equipped according to customer and furnace temperature requirements.
Suitable for heat treatment of a wide variety of processed parts and products, such as: stainless steel solution treatment, high manganese steel quenching, valves, flange rings, pressure vessels, rolling mill rolls, steel pipes, steel wires, steel balls, castings, forgings, cast iron, rollers, blades, high-speed steel, tool steel, automobile axles, diesel engine gearboxes, mining machinery, loader arms, and various other products requiring quenching and tempering, annealing, tempering, and normalizing heat treatments.
