Pit-type annealing furnaces are primarily used for heating in heat treatment workshops in industries such as steel mills, special steel manufacturing, machinery processing, chemical machinery, heavy industry, metallurgy, casting, forging, flange rings, steel structures, wire drawing, environmental protection equipment, mechanical supporting enterprises, loaders, diesel engines, and military industries.
Pit-type annealing furnaces are divided into high-temperature and medium-temperature furnaces. High-temperature furnaces have a maximum operating temperature of 1200℃, medium-temperature furnaces are within 950℃, and low-temperature annealing furnaces are within 650℃. The appropriate type is selected based on the characteristics of the product. Furnace size and load capacity are customized according to customer requirements.
Control systems utilize contactors, thyristors, solid-state relays, modules, electronic digital displays, intelligent digital displays, computers, PID control, PLC, remote control, centralized control, and programmed control. Recording can be done using circular chart recorders, multi-point paper recorders, or LCD paperless recorders.
The furnace body is constructed from modules made of full-fiber aluminum silicate spun fiber blankets. The furnace bottom is built with lightweight insulating bricks and heavy-duty refractory bricks. Heating elements use resistance wires and resistance bands. The furnace shell is made of steel plates and structural steel. The furnace lid uses manual or mechanical transmission; specific configurations are designed and equipped according to customer and furnace temperature requirements.
Suitable for heat treatment of various processed parts, such as: stainless steel solution treatment, high-manganese steel quenching, valves, flange rings, pressure vessels, rolling mills, steel pipes, steel wires, steel balls, castings, forgings, cast iron, rolling rolls, blades, high-speed steel, tool steel, automobile axles, diesel engine gearboxes, mining machinery, loader arms, and other products requiring quenching and tempering, annealing, tempering, and normalizing heat treatment.
